Conceptualize and design improvements that push the company’s business-focused initiative further. Help the team chart a strategic path forward.
Translate complex ideas into elegant, scalable, and intuitive design solutions for businesses and brands on the platform.
Work closely with designers, product managers, software engineers, and UX researchers across various teams to create delightful experiences for businesses.
Engage in all stages of the design process from ideation to delivery, balancing innovation with usability.
Drive consensus across diverse teams through effective exploration, communication, and presentations to peers and senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

8+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design skills.
Strong written and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories and secure buy-in from others.
Comfort with complexity and the ability to find clarity in ambiguous situations.
Humble, curious, and motivated to deliver the best product. Strong product sensibilities, with experience in social or consumer-facing products being a plus.
