🧐 Responsibilities

Lead and execute a variety of design projects for both desktop and mobile applications, from ideation to implementation.
Prototype and test concepts and user flows to validate design hypotheses.
Ensure pixel-perfect design quality and clarity in all projects.
Collaborate with Product, Research, and Engineering teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly products.
Identify opportunities for product improvement and lead design initiatives.
Communicate design features and user flows to engineers to ensure a smooth handover and high-quality final products.
Maintain and evolve the design system, component libraries, and overall product aesthetics.
Contribute actively to the design team, embracing a hands-on, collaborative approach to creating exceptional products.

⛳️ Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in product design, with expertise in designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI design, user experience, and visual design skills.
Proficiency in Figma, including using Dev Mode to communicate with engineers.
A strong opinion on product aesthetics, UX patterns, and design principles.
Passion for creating simple, user-focused designs with an eye for detail and high quality.
Ability to stay updated on current design trends while also innovating beyond conventional standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote, and distributed environment.
Versatility to handle different tasks, take initiative, and work outside of comfort zones when necessary.
