🧐 Responsibilities

Lead design initiatives for Replo’s core product, the Replo editor.
Create, collaborate, and iterate on user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user interviews with designers and marketing teams from D2C brands and e-commerce agencies.
Shape Replo’s design practices and voice as the company scales.
Maintain a strong design perspective, advocating for quality and consistency in the product.
Participate in project planning, user research, and hands-on design work.
Contribute to establishing and nurturing Replo’s design culture.

⛳️ Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree.
At least 3+ years of design experience, with 2+ years focused on web-based products.
Strong visual taste and style.
Ability to manage multiple UX projects simultaneously.
Expertise in using Figma and a passion for design tools.
A self-starter attitude, capable of owning the end-to-end (E2E) design process.
Self-motivated, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and customer-obsessed.
