About the role

- End-to-End Design: From brainstorming to high-fidelity prototypes, you're in charge.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Work closely with developers to make sure your designs aren’t just innovative but also doable.
- Holistic Product Vision: You’ll keep the company aligned by maintaining a sitemap in Figma that shows exactly what’s being built.
- User-Centric Approach: Regularly gather feedback from users and internal teams. Listen, observe, and turn that into actionable insights.
- Iterative Design Testing: Test, iterate, and make sure every design decision improves the user experience.
