- Vision and Strategy: Create a vision for discovering, saving, and redeeming rewards in the Lyft ecosystem.
- Design and Development: Balance business needs and user experience to design unified, multi-modal experiences across various platforms (in-app, tablets).
- Team Collaboration: Shape the future of an early-stage team and co-lead product strategy and processes with cross-functional partners.
- Innovation: Influence cross-functional efforts to build impactful experiences and explore divergent ideas to drive innovation.
- Planning and Execution: Partner with product and engineering teams to define team strategy and execute high-quality design work, including wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and prototypes.

- Experience: Over 6 years in UX, UI, or HCI-related fields, with a focus on mobile design.

- Design Expertise: Skilled in creating innovative mobile products and proficient in using Figma and other prototyping tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- User Research: Familiarity with user research methods and data analysis.
- Design Craft: High level of design craftsmanship.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team with a low-ego approach.
