🧐 Responsibilities

• Define and enhance the overall user experience for products, particularly focusing on navigation, information architecture, and feature discoverability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers to translate user needs and business goals into cohesive user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems and patterns for consistency across product portfolio.
• Create and refine product information architecture to ensure usability and scalability.
• Drive projects from the research phase through to prototype development and final production.
• Engage in design reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to continually improve design quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Proven experience as a systems thinker, capable of designing comprehensive product experiences.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle both quantitative and qualitative user insights.
• Proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated and well-organized, with the capability to navigate complex problems and ambiguous situations.
• A strong interest in Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, and financial products.
