🧐 Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver cross-platform (web, Android, iOS) applications and features.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify improvements in visual and functional features.
Develop design specifications, including storyboards, prototypes, wireframes, and screen flows.
Produce pixel-perfect graphics and icons for the product.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success to ensure design consistency.
Continuously evaluate and recommend UI/UX improvements for current apps.

⛳️ Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product design (UX/UI).
2-5 years of experience in product design.
Strong design skills with a passion for solving real-world design challenges creatively.
Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping, with additional knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other design tools.
Experience managing detailed projects with tight timelines.
A cross-functional mindset and experience in collaborating across departments.
Energetic and proactive attitude, with a willingness to contribute wherever needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in building design systems and UI pattern toolkits.
Work examples that extend beyond UX/UI, including brand design, color theory, typography, or photography.
Creative side projects that demonstrate initiative and innovation.
