Product Designer in Software and Technology sector

🧐 Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver cross-platform (web, Android, iOS) applications and features.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify improvements in visual and functional features.
- Develop design specifications, including storyboards, prototypes, wireframes, and screen flows.
- Produce pixel-perfect graphics and icons for the product.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success to ensure design consistency.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend UI/UX improvements for current apps.
⛳️ Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product design (UX/UI).
- 2-5 years of experience in product design.
- Strong design skills with a passion for solving real-world design challenges creatively.
- Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping, with additional knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other design tools.
- Experience managing detailed projects with tight timelines.
- A cross-functional mindset and experience in collaborating across departments.
- Energetic and proactive attitude, with a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building design systems and UI pattern toolkits.
- Work examples that extend beyond UX/UI, including brand design, color theory, typography, or photography.
- Creative side projects that demonstrate initiative and innovation.
