🧐 Responsibilities

• Problem Framing: Identifying clear, solvable customer problems from various business inputs.
• Solution Generation: Developing a range of solutions, assessing their viability and feasibility.
• Interaction and Visual Design: Refining solutions into simple, elegant user experiences.
• Collaboration: Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement valuable and feasible solutions.

🫵 Requirements

Candidate must have:

• 8+ years of UX-related experience.
• High standards for visual and interaction design, with proficiency in prototyping tools.
• Strong customer focus and experience working with UX research.
• Proven collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience across the full product development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with design systems and contributing to them.
• Ability to measure impact using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on driving projects forward.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS, especially in designing for specialized customer audiences.
• Track record of redesigning large portions of mature products.
