π§ Responsibilities
- Problem Framing: Identifying clear, solvable customer problems from various business inputs.
- Solution Generation: Developing a range of solutions, assessing their viability and feasibility.
- Interaction and Visual Design: Refining solutions into simple, elegant user experiences.
- Collaboration: Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement valuable and feasible solutions.
π«΅ Requirements
Candidate must have:
- 8+ years of UX-related experience.
- High standards for visual and interaction design, with proficiency in prototyping tools.
- Strong customer focus and experience working with UX research.
- Proven collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience across the full product development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with design systems and contributing to them.
- Ability to measure impact using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on driving projects forward.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, especially in designing for specialized customer audiences.
- Track record of redesigning large portions of mature products.
