Product Designer in Revolut

🧐 Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and other team members to identify and solve customer and business problems.
Define key metrics for project success and take ownership of these metrics.
Conduct research and gather insights to support new product launches and feature development.
Design end-to-end product flows, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
Lead user testing workshops and guerrilla testing to refine product designs.
Work closely with technical teams to implement and iterate on design solutions.
Review post-release performance and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
Utilize and contribute to the company's design system for consistent design language.

⛳️ Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in designing complex commercial applications.
A strong portfolio showcasing product design work.
Proficiency in designing for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
Ability to think strategically about product design and articulate design decisions clearly.
Understanding of the technical implications of design choices.
A strong focus on UX and understanding of human behavior.
Excellent skills in visual design, typography, and grid systems.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a passion for continuous learning.

Nice to have

A technical higher education (BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field).
Some programming experience and ability to code simple prototypes.
Experience in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
