Collaborate with the core insurance team to enhance the patient benefit experience.
Use product thinking, visual design, and system steward skills to contribute to the product vision and design solutions.
Contribute to and evolve the company design system as the provider experiences scale.
Support and deliver product and design solutions for complex business challenges.
Help grow and contribute to the team culture, process, and foundation of a world-class startup design team.

⛳️ Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer.
Experience in supporting and delivering product and design solutions for complex business challenges.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
Motivation to work towards the company's mission of solving access and affordability issues in mental healthcare.
Inspiration from complex customer problems, early-stage product development, setting vision, and maintaining high standards for craft.
