🧐 Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall design and product direction.
• Design and deliver high-quality products and improvements from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes and visuals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, AI research, and design peers to define long-term strategy and short-term tactics.
• Engage in user research to understand users better and refine products.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system.
• Help establish the design culture and grow the design team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in shipping large-scale software products.
• A portfolio showcasing strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills with a high standard for quality and craft.
• Ability to think through complex interaction design problems.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and shape them into a clear vision.
• Enthusiasm for being immersed in the AI research process and defining AI-first products' appearance and behavior.
