- Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and other teams to develop product solutions.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design choices.
- Team Contribution: Help establish best practices and processes within the growing design team.

- Experience: Over 7 years in UX or product design, with a history of leading the design and evolution of multiple products or features.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A track record of placing the customer at the center of design work and elevating team output.
- Cross-Functional Insight: Ability to connect work across different product areas to address similar problems.
- Service Design Expertise: Experience in solving complex, task-based workflows and service design challenges.
