Experience: Over 7 years in UX or product design, with a history of leading the design and evolution of multiple products or features.
Customer-Centric Approach: A track record of placing the customer at the center of design work and elevating team output.
Cross-Functional Insight: Ability to connect work across different product areas to address similar problems.
Service Design Expertise: Experience in solving complex, task-based workflows and service design challenges.
